Individual Adult Session
A confidential, supportive session for individual exploration of personal issues. Tailored to each individual’s needs, the session focuses on promoting personal growth, understanding, and healthier coping strategies through evidence-based techniques. Addressing challenges such as stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, we will work collaboratively to set goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as necessary, aiming to enhance overall well-being.

Addressing challenges such as stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, we will work collaboratively to set goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as necessary, aiming to enhance overall well-being.
Couples Therapy Session
A couples therapy session typically lasts approximately 80 minutes. This session is grounded in the Gottman Method, which is research-based and focuses on strengthening the relationship through improving communication, increasing intimacy, and resolving conflicts effectively. We guide couples through structured exercises and discussions designed to foster understanding and appreciation between partners. Tailored to the specific needs of each couple, these sessions aim to build a foundation of respect and affection, addressing underlying issues and promoting healthier relationship dynamics.
Relationship Check-up
A relationship check-up session is a structured evaluation designed to strengthen the bonds between partners by addressing and managing both individual and shared aspects of their relationship. During this session, your therapist will explore couple's communication patterns, conflict resolution strategies, and emotional needs. The goal is to identify areas of strength and potential growth, enhancing understanding and intimacy between partners. Each session typically lasts 80 minutes and is tailored to reflect the unique dynamics and goals of the couple. The check-up is recommended for all relationships, regardless of their stage, providing a valuable opportunity for couples to proactively invest in their partnership's health and longevity.
Safeguard/Health/Wellness Check
A Safegaurd or Health Check has been traditionally offered to first responders but anyone can benefit form checking-in on their mental wellness. It typically involves discussing mental health in four the domains of wellness - physical, social, emotional, and spiritual wellness. We also discuss coping strategies, provide education on typical responses to stress or critical incidents, give validation, and discuss available resources. Psychometric tests may be used to evaluate and monitor symptoms, and a referral for therapy could be recommended if additional support is needed.
